As the artistic director, I led the committee team creating and organizing the Irvine Conservatory International Music Competition to provide learning and performing opportunities for young musicians between ages 5 to 18. We invited the world-class artists and professors to be our jury members. The competition has both solo and chamber categories for piano, violin, and cello. It includes two rounds: A free entry preliminary round (NO application fee) and a final round. The competition grand prize winners will receive cash awards. The first prize winners will have the opportunity to participate in masterclasses (online or in person). The prize winners will be invited to perform live concert and attend award ceremony in Los Angeles/Irvine area.
